This Jazz Tap shoe by Bloch is a jazz-style upper of strong, soft leather combined with a full leather sole making this a strong stable tap shoe. 

The toe tap is secured to a resonating board for a full sound and perfect stability. 

Other features include a rubber instep pad and reinforced eyelets.

Bloch recommends girls sizes 8.5 - 1.5 start approximately 1/2 size larger than street shoe size. Girls size 1.5 - 3.5 should take approx. 3 sizes larger than street shoe size which means they would have to take a woman's size.
