Shipping policy
Customer Address Accuracy & Claim Deadlines:
Buyers are solely responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. New York Dancewear Company is not financially responsible for orders lost, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to customer address errors.
All delivery discrepancies, missing packages, or un-refunded return inquiries must be reported to us in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date. Because major shipping carriers purge public tracking data after 90 to 120 days, and our backend payment systems restrict older transactions, we absolutely cannot investigate, verify, or honor any refunds, replacements, or store credits for any order or return claim exceeding this window. Packages returned to our facilities by the carrier due to delivery failure will be held for a maximum of 30 days before being considered abandoned, after which the inventory is recycled and no compensation will be issued.
